Sourdough Loaves

My Sourdough loaves are fermented 8+ hours and I offer a wide variety!

I offer many different bagels. All are prepped, proofed and refrigerated overnight. Boiled and baked fresh in the morning!

These sourdough croissants are a 2-day process but so light and flaky!

Pretzel Buns

Classic pretzel buns are topped with Himalayan salt but I also make them with Everything seasoning.

This Italian type of flat bread makes the perfect app dipped in olive oil or cut in half for a deli sandwich. Many flavor options.
