About Our Bakery
Thank you for visiting my little corner online. My name is Nikki and I am your sourdough baker! Although I have been baking since I was little, my sourdough journey began in early 2021. As of now, I BAKE TO ORDER from my home under the Cottage Food Law through the Dept. of Agriculture. I am proud to use clean ingredients and I am very thoughtful about what ingredients are going into my sourdough products. As you can see from my menu, I bake a variety of items including breads, bagels, pretzel buns, regular hamburger buns, croissants, muffins and other sweet treats.
Almost all of my products are going to need a day or two lead/ prep time. Sourdough has many benefits and to catch those, the baked goods need proper time to ferment.

I sell my sourdough products PER ORDER from my home. (I do NOT have a store front.)
You can find me Tuesdays from 11-1 at Manna Coop in Detroit Lakes .
During the summer months I am set up at the Lakes Area Farmers Market in Peoples Park, Detroit Lakes.
